Windows 7 not seeing fonts in PSP or minimized Empty Windows 7 not seeing fonts in PSP or minimized

I googled about fonts in windows 7 & I found out to go to font settings then click on allow fonts to be installed using a shortcut, then opened the font clicked the shortcut box then install, I did this & now I can see my fonts in psp. Also use font viewer
